Fiji's Finest Tours opened in 2008 at the Port Denarau Retail Complex on Denarau Island, Fiji. Since, we have been growing by giving great customer service with our independent travel advice to the best resorts, day trips, and activities in Fiji.

Fiji's Finest Tours Team

	CASEY - GENERAL MANAGER Casey is from the East Coast of the US. She has experience working in the tourism industry in New Zealand and has been living and working in Fiji since November 2007. Joining the team in October 2009, she has worked with all the staff and directors to grow and develop Fiji’s Finest Tours where it is today and is continuingly looking at how we can improve our services. Casey is very enthusiastic about Fiji and still enjoys taking time to talk to clients directly. Her and the rest of the team are here to ensure travellers to Fiji get honest and truthful advise on travel in this beautifully unique country.

	LORRAINE - RESERVATIONS & CUSTOMER SERVICE SUPERVISOR Lorraine has been working in Fiji Tourism for about ten years. She has been with the team since October 2010 and recently has completed her Certificate in Tourism Operation from the Australia-Pacific Technical College (APTC). She is a bright and vibrant personality who is committed to ensuring clients, peers, and industry colleagues are give the upmost quality in service and information.

	LANI - TRAVEL CONSULTANT & FLIGHTS SPECIALIST Lani joined Fiji's Finest Tours in September 2011 with four years previous experience within Fiji's Tourism Industry at an Inbound Tour Company as a Reservations Consultant. She is a graduate of the Waikato Institute with a Certificate in Office Management & Computer Administration. She is extremely friendly and has a great 'BULA' smile looking forward to assist.

	DANNY- TRAVEL CONSULTANT Danny has been in the tourism industry since 2006 and has a diploma in Information Technology and Information Management from APTEC Computer Institute. He is extremely vibrant and active individual that enjoys interacting with each guests to ensure they get the holiday, trip, or activity that is perfect for them.

	HANISI - TRAVEL CONSULTANT Hanisi is our longest standing employee as she has been with us since Fiji's Finest Tours inception in 2008. Born and raised on Fiji's most remote island, Rotuma, she has been working within the tourism industry on Viti Levu since 2006 in a variety of roles. Hanisi has found her niche here at Fiji's Finest Tours with her superb verbal and written communciation skills that greatly assist client to find exactly what they are looking for.

	RANJEETA - TRAVEL CONSULTANT Ranjeeta joined the team in December 2011 and has proved herself to be a valuable team member. She graduated from the University of the South Pacific (USP) with a Bachelor Degree in Tourism & Managment; followed by years of experience within the FIji Travel Industry and her bright blue eyes and wide welcoming smile are sure to make you feel comfortable to ask about travel, culture, and more.

	RONEEL - TRAVEL CONSULTANT Roneel has been in the tourism industry since 2006 and has had a variety of tourism specific training courses with TPAF (Training & Productivity Authority of Fiji), now know as Fiji National University (FNU). He is extremely active in getting out to see and experience the products he sells, especially the isalnds in the Mamanuca and Yasawa island regions--as well as Viti Levu. He speaks fluently English, Hindi, and Fijian as well as a few words/phrases in a lot more languages. Roneel is always looking for ways to help.

	SHANOO - ACCOUNTS In May 2011, Shanoo joined the Fij's Finest Tours part-time to become Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable for Fiji's Finest Tours. She is well qualified as a double degree graducate with a Bachelor Degree in Accounting and Economics from University of the South Pacific (USP). Although, she is behind the scenes she is a vital part of the team and enjoys occationally coming out from the back office assist our variety of clients.
